Joely Fisher sells Encino home for $2.4 million

Actress Joely Fisher, who stars on the sitcom “ ‘Til Death,” has sold her Encino compound for $2.4 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

The four-bedroom, seven-bathroom contemporary was built in 1955 and rebuilt in 2005 to incorporate Asian and Craftsman details. It has 4,511 square feet of living space and sits on three-quarters of an acre with city and mountain views, a sports court and a lagoon pool with a pool house.

Fisher, 42, has played opposite Brad Garrett on the Fox comedy since 2006. Her credits include “Desperate Housewives” (2005) and the 1999 film “Inspector Gadget.”

Public records show the actress bought the property in 2005 for $3.35 million.

The listing agent was Jordan Cohen of Re/Max Olsen & Associates, Westlake Village. Diana Lipari of Prudential California Realty, Sherman Oaks, represented the buyer.
