"Who's the Boss?" star Tony Danza may have learned that it wasn't him in this real estate market.

Danza, 57, initially listed his 6,778-square-foot Sherman Oaks house at $6.15 million. It was subsequently dropped in price to $5.65 million. The Multiple Listing Service shows a sale price of $5 million.

The house has five bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and sits on 2.3 acres in the exclusive Longridge Estates area. Cape Cod in style, the home underwent a substantial remodel in 1997. The gated property includes a guesthouse, tennis court, batting cage and pool-spa.

Danza was part of the ensemble cast of TV's "Taxi" from 1978 to 1983 and then starred in the sitcom "Who's the Boss?" from 1984 to 1992. He owns a 1,392-square-foot beachfront home in Malibu, according to public records.

Howard Graham of Prudential Realty, Encino, was the listing agent for the Sherman Oaks property.
