The so-called queen of the teen genre, "Gossip Girl" co-creator and executive producer Stephanie Savage, is doing something very grown up: She just listed her Hollywood Hills home at $899,000 and is moving to a bigger place befitting her success.

The 1924 two-story house she is selling has two bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms in 1,318 square feet. It sits on a knoll on a sought-after street with trendy boutiques and restaurants at one end and a park with hiking trails at the other. The house has hardwood floors, high ceilings, built-in bookcases in the dining room and a living room with a fireplace. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances.

Before launching "Gossip Girl" -- of which she has been executive producer for 23 episodes from 2007-08 -- Savage was a writer and producer of the Fox TV series "The O.C." from 2003-04. Her other television credits include producing "Fastlane" (2002-03).

Jeff Yarbrough of Keller Williams Realty, Beverly Hills, is the listing agent.
