Lindsay Lohan has closed the door on at least one phase of her life: the condo she bought about a year ago in Sierra Towers.

The actress, who has been in and out of rehab this year, had planned to remodel the 2,100-square-foot West Hollywood unit but sold it instead, as a fixer, for close to its asking price of $2,495,000. She reportedly paid about $1.9 million for it.

The three-bedroom, 2 1/2 -bath corner condo, on the 27th floor of the 146-unit building off Sunset Strip, has ocean, city and Hollywood Hills views.

The 32-story building also has a

rooftop pool, a gym, a doorman and a banquet room.

Sierra Towers, built in the mid-’60s, has been rediscovered during the past couple of years by celebs. Among the buyers have been Matthew Perry and Cher.

Lohan, 20, is working on the film “I Know Who Killed Me.”

Max Shapiro and Richard Ehrlich of Westside Estate Agency, Beverly Hills, had the listing, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

No doubt he has a good reason to sell

Bassist Tony Kanal of the group No Doubt has listed his Los Feliz home, built in 1922, at close to $1.5 million.

Kanal, 36, purchased another Los Feliz-area home, from actor Heath Ledger, in late 2005 for nearly $2.8 million and, after an extensive remodel, recently moved there.

The old-world Mediterranean-style home that the musician put on the market is gated and has six bedrooms and four bathrooms in about 3,200 square feet. It has lush gardens, patios, stainless-steel kitchen appliances and period details in the bathrooms.

Marc Giroux and Karen Lower of Sotheby’s International Realty, Los Feliz, have the listing.

The home is close to 20th Century Fox, where the four-time Emmy winner, 62, spent 12 seasons as Detective Andy Sipowicz on the ABC series “NYPD Blue.”

The town house is in a gated community and has two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms in about 2,200 square feet. The master bedroom suite has a sitting area, and the living room has a fireplace. There is a three-car garage.

The couple has been splitting time between homes in Montecito, Calif., and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, while he has been considering movie scripts.

He has appeared in “City of Angels,” “American Buffalo” and “Dressed to Kill.”

Diane Manns and Ron Losch of Coldwell Banker’s Westwood/Westside office have the listing.
