Hot Property
The Rancho Santa Fe home that once belonged to former Blink-182 lead guitarist and founder Tom DeLonge is on the market for $5.6 million.
The present owner, music entrepreneur Ruth Surrey, is leasing a home in Los Angeles for $60,000 a month while she sells the San Diego County property. The classic contemporary was designed by architect Fleetwood Joiner. It has five bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms in 8,200 square feet. It sits on 2 acres in a 26-home guard-gated community called Rancho La Cima. There is a tennis court and a 65-foot pool that has a saltwater treatment system. There is an eight-car garage, reflecting pools, six fireplaces and a 16-camera security system.
Bruce Nelson of John Bruce Nelson & Associates has the listing.
