Hot Property: David Falk lists Beverly Hills condo at $2,245,000
Hot Property
When it comes to sports agents, there is David Falk and then there are the rest of them. Falk has likely represented more No. 1 picks than anyone else, and he will always be known as the guy behind NBA giant Michael Jordan. It was Falk who got Jordan all those Nike deals.
Falk, 58, has listed a Beverly Hills condo he owns at $2,245,000. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,350 square feet. Located north of Wilshire and with that famous 90210 ZIP Code, the unit has maple hardwood floors, a large open kitchen with granite countertops, a stone fireplace, travertine bathrooms and room to park three cars. There is a roof-top lounge with views of the Hollywood Hills.
Falk was listed among the 100 Most Powerful People in Sports by the Sporting News every year from 1990 to 2001. He is credited with revolutionizing the process of representing basketball players by making them commercial superstars. He is now semi-retired.
Michael Sean Bates of Re/Max in Beverly Hills has the listing.
