Hot Property: Paparazzi boss Boris Nizon selling Beverly Hills home for $3.5 million

Boris Nizon, president and founder of Fame Pictures, a Santa Monica-based photo agency that chases celebrities around and then sells their pictures to fan magazines and websites, has listed his Beverly Hills home for sale at $3,495,000. Sorry, Lindsay, Cameron and Justin; Times policy forbids me from telling you his address.

The house, built in 2006, has five bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms in 4,300 square feet. There is a grand foyer with a floating staircase and crystal chandelier. The gourmet kitchen has Viking appliances and granite countertops and a breakfast area that leads out to a patio and a tropical pool with rock formation waterfall and spa. There is a balcony off the master suite. Clearly, taking photos of celebrities when they don’t want you to pays well.

Nizon and his staff have featured prominently in the escalating battle between photo prey and predators. One of Nizon’s photographers was accused of intentionally hitting Lindsay Lohan’s car with his minivan. Lohan suffered cuts and bruises. His crew also was involved in the recent brouhaha over the naked photos of Nick Lachey; a Fame photographer shot the celebrity as he romped naked on the balcony of his private Mexican villa with his girlfriend, Vanessa Minnillo.

Paps and their prey have been mixing it up increasingly. In Malibu, at least two altercations have erupted on the beach this summer between residents and paparazzi trying to shoot actor Matthew McConaughey as he surfed. Two photographers were arrested Monday for loitering around Britney Spears’ Studio City house.

Nizon’s house is listed by Shann Silver of Pence Hathorn Silver, Coldwell Banker, in Santa Monica.
