Hot Property: Eve Plumb of ‘Brady Bunch’ lists Malibu bungalow for $5.5 million

Ah, “Marcia, Marcia, Marcia.”
With those now-infamous words, “The Brady Bunch’s” Jan vented all the frustrations of being the Brady in the middle. Jan, who hated her freckles and was condemned to wear glasses, epitomized life in the middle: Never the baby and never measuring up to big sister Marcia.
And now perhaps it’s time for the middle to rise. Actress Eve Plumb, who played Jan, has listed her Malibu beach bungalow for $5.5 million. Located on Escondido Beach, the small cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garage was converted to be a master bedroom suite. An expansive deck overlooks a wide sandy beach. Take that, Marcia!
Since the TV show, Plumb, 50, has struggled to shed her Bradyness and move on. She is a self-taught painter.
