Ticket broker Doug Knittle sells his Bel-Air home
Pssst … hey, buddy, what do you have on the 50-yard line?
The man behind the hottest tickets in town – mega-ticket broker Doug Knittle – has sold his Bel-Air home for $6.73 million. It had been listed at $7.35 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
Knittle is co-founder of RazorGator, the brokering business that sells those hard-to-find tickets to sold-out events, including major sporting games. His newest venture is a social media website for soccer fans called OleOle.
The 15,000-square-foot contemporary house that Knittle just sold has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a sunny pool and ocean views. There is a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen with a walk-in refrigerator. The home, located behind 24-hour guarded gates, has a 12,000-bottle wine cellar.
Agents Deborah Moore and Annie Challis of Keller Williams Realty, Beverly Hills, had the listing.
