Anne-Marie St. Germaine, the chief creative officer at Chicago-based Resolute Consulting, was promoted this week to managing director at the company. Prior to joining Resolute, St. Germaine was vice president of external affairs at the Chicago Botanic Garden, where she led the successful campaign to secure $100 million in bond funds in infrastructure improvements for the Garden and sister agencies. She studied urban planning and policy at the graduate level at the University of Illinois at Chicago and has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
