Stacey Caywood has been named CEO of the Legal & Regulatory division at Wolters Kluwer, a global professional information services company. Caywood will oversee the business activities of the division with operations in Europe, the U.S., Canada and Asia Pacific Caywood perviously was president and CEO of Wolters Kluwer Law & Business. Before that, she was vice president of the division, where she introduced new electronic products and integrated online libraries. Related to the appointment, Mark Dorman, vice president of the Legal Markets Group, Law & Business division, is now president and CEO of Law & Business, North America. Caywood received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and has a bachelors degree from Tufts University, Medford, Mass.
