Jerry Dentinger has been named director of the Midwest transaction advisory services practice at BDO. He will lead the practice that performs due diligence for equity investors and debt capital providers, specializing in private equity and strategic mergers and acquisitions, for the accounting and consulting firm. Dentinger has been providing corporate finance advice to senior executives at middle market and Fortune 1000 companies for more than 20 years. Before joining BDO, he was a leader in Grant Thorntons transaction advisory services practice. Dentinger has an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in accounting from Michigan State University.
