Scott Kiper has joined the Chicago office of Grant Thornton LLP as senior manager in the firm’s Compensation and Benefits Consulting Practice.

Kiper has more than 15 years of experience in the design, administration, compliance and implementation of retirement plans as a principal and consultant for two of Chicago's largest HR firms.

Kiper received a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law after receiving a B.A. from Southern Illinois University.
