Lawrence Krema has been names to senior vice president, human resources, at Lawson Products Inc., a distributor of maintenance and repair supplies. Krema will work closely with senior leadership to align human resources priorities, programs and investments with the company strategy. Krema has more than 20 years of human resources experience in areas including strategy, leadership development, change management and board involvement. Before joining Lawson in August, he was interim president and CEO for The Anixter Center, a $30 million provider of programs, services and social enterprise businesses for individuals with disabilities. He also held HR jobs at Hub International and Equity Office Properties. Krema has a B.S. in psychology from St. Marys University.
