Heather H. Manning has joined Baker & Daniels LLP as an associate in the law firm's Chicago office. She will focus her practice in business and corporate finance. Before joining Baker & Daniels, Manning practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago. She began her legal career at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York and later practiced at Gould & Ratner LLP in Chicago. Manning earned her law degree cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center after graduating with distinction from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in political science. In her legal practice, Manning represents clients in a range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, private placements of debt and equity securities as well as secured lending transactions.
