Foley & Lardner has added Asst. U.S. Atty. Lisa Noller as a partner in the Government Enforcement, Compliance & White Collar Defense Practice and the Health Care Industry Team of the firm's Chicago office. Noller she spent more than 10 years in the U.S. attorney's office, investigating and trying criminal and civil cases. Most recently she has focused on prosecuting criminal fraud cases, particularly health care and mortgage fraud. With the U.S. Attorney, Noller also prosecuted racketeering, embezzlement, political corruption, money laundering and terrorism financing. Before joining the Criminal Division, Noller worked for three years in the Civil Division, where she represented the U.S. in affirmative civil enforcement and health care fraud actions.
