Tom Segesta, general manager, Ritz-Carlton Chicago

Tom Segesta has been named general manager at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago. He most resently was general manager at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin, a position he held for eight years.

He joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, which includes the Ritz-Carlton, in 1987 as director of housekeeping at the Four Seasons Seattle. He also has has positions at Four Seasons hotels in Boston, Vancouver, Newport Beach and Las Vegas.

Segesta has a B.A. in hotel, restaurant and institutional management from Michigan State University.
