James E. Shultz, Jr. has joined Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP as associate. He is responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent, copyright and trademark applications. Prior to joining Marshall, Gerstein & Borun, Shultz served as an in-house intellectual property attorney at a global automotive products company that markets high technology electronics. Shultz completed a law degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. He also received an master's degree in electrical and computer engineering and a bachelor's in electrical engineering from Ohio University.
