Tom OKeefe has been appointed to the newly created role of North American executive creative director at Draftfcb, effective immediately. OKeefe, who has most recently served as executive creative director with responsibilities spanning Chicago and the West Coast, will now partner closely with Draftfcb North America President Mark Modesto, Jonathan Harries, vice chairman and global chief creative officer of Draftfcb and local creative leadership to further enhance the agencys creative product in the U.S. He will also continue to have creative oversight of the agencys work for Yum! Brands, among other clients. OKeefe joined FCB more than 18 years ago, spending time in both the Chicago and San Francisco agencies. Along the way, he's led campaigns such as Taco Bell's highly successful "Think Outside The Bun." He's also worked for clients including Amazon.com, Coors, KFC, SC Johnson, Quaker Oats, Electronic Arts and Levi Strauss & Co.
