Gregory S. Vorwaller has joined the Chicago office of Cushman & Wakefield as Global Head of Capital Markets, which represents third-party investors in the acquisition, disposition, financing and recapitalization of commercial real estate.
Vorwaller, who has 30 years of experience in financial services and real estate, comes to Cushman from CB Richard Ellis, where he was chief operating officer of capital markets and president of its Investment Properties Group.
Before spending 17 years at CB Richard Ellis, Vorwaller was vice president in the Real Estate Financial Department of First National Bank of Chicago, where he advised corporate and real estate clients on alternative financing. He also was a senior consultant with Institutional Property Consultants and founder of the real estate consulting practice of William M. Mercer's Asset Planning Group.
Vorwaller has a bachelor's degree International Socioeconomic History from the University of Wisconsin.
