( August 29, 2012 ) Rick Schroeder joins Ghafari Associates' Chicago office as a senior project architect. Schroeder joins Ghafari from Chicago-based Perkins+Will, where he spent nearly seven years working on large-scale mixed-use developments and educational facilities. He served as the senior project architect for the health services campus at King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as well as the senior project architect and quality manager for The Lagoons at La Ville Contemporaine, a mixed-use development in Dubai. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, he is a registered architect in the state of Illinois and a LEED Accredited Professional. |
