Joseph P. Brownlee has been promoted to general manager of strategy and enterprise projects at Rotary International. He will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives at the humanitarian service organization's international headquarters in Evanston. Brownlee joined Rotary International in 2004 as its general auditor and has since held the positions of strategic planning manager and global launch manager for Future Vision, Rotary's streamlined grant model. He has a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina.
