Mary Jane Drews has joined the Old Town School of Folk Music as director of institutional advancement. She will hold primary responsibility for fundraising, including completion of the School's capital campaign, events, and relationship management with the organization's donors and constituents. Drews brings more than 20 years of experience with building development programs and managing capital campaigns at nonprofit arts organizations. She has previously worked at the Lyric Opera, Shedd Aquarium, Ravinia Festival, Art Institute of Chicago and, most recently, as the chief development officer and director of external affairs at the Minneapolis Institute of the Arts.
