Bob Dunklau, 50, has been promoted to vice president and chief operating officer of OMI Industries. He will take on an expanded role heading up the company's Fresh Wave consumer division, and will be responsible for the growth of OMI's Fresh Wave products in both domestic and international markets. Dunklau previously served as vice president of market development. He joined OMI in 2006, with prior experience at the In-Store Marketing Institute in various upper-level capacities, including EVP, CFO and COO. He also spent seven years as VP and GM for STARCON International, handling a variety of business activities for the company. Dunklau has a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
