His experience includes preparation and negotiation of financing documentation, security documentation, construction and design agreements, procurement agreements, engineering and professional services agreements, equipment sale/purchase agreements, warranty agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, equipment transportation agreements, consulting services agreements and joint development agreements, among others.
