He regularly represents lenders, investors, owners, developers and contractors in various facets of the financing and development of a wide range of complex energy, infrastructure and other projects. His experience includes preparation and negotiation of financing documentation, security documentation, construction and design agreements, procurement agreements, engineering and professional services agreements, equipment sale/purchase agreements, warranty agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, equipment transportation agreements, consulting services agreements and joint development agreements, among others.
