Mark Havrilka has been named chief financial officer of Presbyterian Homes. He has more than 20 years experience in financial leadership for continuing care retirement communities. Prior to joining Presbyterian Homes, Havrilka was vice president of finance at Presbyterian Communities and Services (PC&S) in Dallas, where he provided leadership in the areas of finance, information technology, strategic planning, operations as well as board and resident relations. He began his career at St. John's Hospital in Springfield. In 1988, he joined Christian Homes, Inc., in Lincoln, where he took on progressively greater responsibilities and was named chief financial officer in 1999. Havrilka then joined Illinois Masonic Home in Sullivan in as controller and chief financial officer. Havrilka has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois ¿ Springfield.
