Dr. Laurence A. Levine has been appointed chief medical officer for Absorption Pharmaceuticals. He will oversee the company's growth and education efforts. Levine Levine currently serves as a professor of urology at the Rush University Medical Center and is in private practice with Uropartners, LLC. He received his medical degree from the University of Colorado Medical School, followed by a residency in general surgery at Tufts-New England Medical Center and in urology at the Harvard Program in Urology at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. He has served as a past-president of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and the Chicago Urological Society.
