Dave Mika has been appointed market president for the lakeshore market of the Chicago metro region at BMO Harris Bank. He will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to deliver the breadth of BMO Harris' retail banking, business banking and wealth management services at 12 bank locations in downtown Chicago, Hyde Park and Kenwood. Mika has 25 years of financial services experience and most recently led the company's Northwest Indiana market. Prior to joining BMO Harris Bank, Mika worked at JP Morgan Chase and held multiple roles including vice president of the national management development program, regional sales and service manager for markets in 17 states, and market manager for the retail staff and small business bankers located across 72 branches. Mika has a Bachelor's degree from University of Illinois in Urbana and an MBA from DePaul University.
