( February 5, 2013 ) Jeffrey Terry has joined Perkins Coie's Chicago office as senior counsel in the firm's private equity practice. Terry concentrates his practice on private equity/venture capital investing, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and leveraged buyouts.He was most recently Of Counsel at Paul Hastings LLP. Terry earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and his bachelor's from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Jeff began his career as an associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis and was a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig. |
