Todd M. Young has been appointed to Hinshaw & Culbertson's management committee. The seven-member committee is Hinshaw¿s highest governing body. 

Young serves on the firm¿s executive committee and was previously a co-leader of Hinshaw¿s commercial transactions practice group. He also chairs Hinshaw¿s GLBT affinity group. Young focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law, loan and financing transactions, and contract negotiation. He earned his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School and his bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College.
