It's been an exciting time. As our first anniversary rolls around, we'd like to thank all of our readers for making this year possible.
One of the wonderful things about my job is that I get to meet so many of you. All newspapers have loyal readers, but I'd be willing to bet that Printers Row readers are among the most thoughtful and engaged. I've enjoyed many stimulating conversations with our members – in person at events and via email as well. It's been heartening to hear that some collect each copy of Printers Row Fiction, building small libraries of short fiction. I've loved hearing from our farther-flung readers, digital subscribers who want to keep up on literary news and are curious to know what's happening on the Chicago scene.
As we all know, Chicago has a great literary tradition. We look forward to keeping that tradition strong by continuing this conversation with you.
