The Women's Board of The
Candy archways, costumed characters from the ballet and holiday decor brought the production to life for adults and children alike. A traditional family-style meal was served with tiny bells placed at each table setting. To start the festivities, attendees were encouraged to ring them as they sang along to "Jingle Bells." Following dinner, DJ Brad Blumenthal invited the kiddies on stage to dance.
Creation stations delighted young and old with opportunities to decorate toeshoes, cupcakes and nutcrackers, as well as create
Joffrey Ballet Executive Director Christopher Clinton Conway and artistic director Ashley Wheater, along with event co-chairs Laura Kofoid and Carol Stone, welcomed the crowd. With more than 650 attendees, this year's event was the largest to date and raised more than $150,000 for the organization.
