Wondering about how our social media classes & seminars work? Here are the answers to some of our more frequently asked questions.
Q: What is TribU?
A: Classes and seminars for people seeking enrichment all fall under the TribU banner. The classes, taught by Tribune professionals, cover social media, blogging, photography, food and wine, financial planning, writing for pleasure and business, as well as film and theater.
These events deliver provocative and informative conversations conducted by columnists such as
and Chris Jones. We help our audience make sense of the world--and sometimes laugh at it.
Q: How is the class material presented?
A: Our classes are a combination of group discussions, Powerpoint presentations and live tutorials. At the start of class, attendees receive a printed handout that supplements the presentation. After class, attendees are emailed a PDF of the complete class presentation.
