Casa Colina Hospital

Casa Colina is an independent, not-for-profit healthcare provider that has served children and adults from around the world for more than 70 years. It provides a comprehensive continuum of physical rehabilitation care and specialized medical services on its 20-acre campus located in Pomona. An outpatient satellite center is also located in Azusa.

The physician-directed Casa Colina Hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited facility and offers 68 acute rehabilitation beds for people ages 15 and older as well as a broad range of outpatient services for both children and adults. Post-acute rehabilitation is offered at its CARF-accredited Transitional Living Center.

Long-term residential care for individuals with brain injuries is also provided at two additional locations in Southern California. Casa Colina also offers an adult day healthcare center and an innovative outdoor recreational program for people with a broad range of disabilities. Diagnostic imaging and outpatient surgery is also conveniently located on its Pomona campus.

Casa Colina’s state-of-the-art facilities feature private and semi-private inpatient hospital rooms, rehabilitation gyms, outdoor therapy gardens and an in-house laboratory and pharmacy. The Outpatient Center features a neurological gym, orthopedic and fitness gym, sports medicine center, warm and cool aquatic therapy pools, hand therapy center, wound care center, hyperbaric medicine chambers, audiology and vision suites and highly specialized physician clinics for people with MS, Parkinson’s disease, arthritis, fibromyalgia, stroke, concussion, back pain and more.
