The opening of the Octavius Tower — the sixth at Caesars Palace — wraps up the hotel’s $860 million renaissance. The opulent Octavius guest rooms — the smallest of which is still a respectable 550 square feet — are decked out in earthy shades and enlivened with tactile pops of velvet and chrome. High-tech features include 42-inch HD televisions and bedside iPod docking stations, and a new Web app connects guests with the concierge, housekeeping, room service, the valet and the butler at the touch of the tablet.
