( Daily American File Photo / November 1, 2012 ) Pennsylvania Attorney General Linda Kelly announces new criminal charges related to an ongoing child sex crimes investigation against former Penn State President Graham Spanier and added charges against two former underlings, Timothy Curley and Gary Schultz during a news conference Thursday at the state capitol in Harrisburg, Pa. Spanier was charged with perjury, obstruction, endangering the welfare of children, failure to properly report suspected abuse and conspiracy. Curley and Schultz face new charges of endangering the welfare of children, obstruction and conspiracy. |
