Bright new voices in the world of R&B and hip-hop will be heard echoing through Chrysler Hall in Norfolk on New Year¿s Eve. Diggy, the teenage son of Run D.M.C.¿s Joseph ¿Rev. Run¿ Simmons, tops the bill on The Scream Tour, set to entertain starting at 4 p.m. Also scheduled to perform will be Jacob Latimore, Hamilton Park and The OMG Girlz (pictured). ¿The cities on this portion of the tour were personally hand-picked for the holidays,¿ wrote Michael Mauldin, creator and producer of Scream. ¿Fans all across the country wrote us, tweeted in and emailed us with their personal stories on why the tour had to come to their city ¿ We heard the fans loud and clear.¿ Tickets, $42.50 plus fees, are available through Ticketmaster.
