The 1723 Brafferton Building

The 1723 Brafferton Building is the oldest surviving domestically scaled Georgian-style structure in Williamsburg and pioneered the hallmark colonial architecture style in Virginia. Shown here is the south facade, which was photographed during the College of William and Mary's president recent move to make way for a $3.65 million preservation project.
