Passenger travel is down 30 % in March even with nine days of AirTran service. April is projected to be down 35% and could be up to 50% this summer. The airport has laid off 15 this week, skycaps parking lot attendants etc. Proposed budget to be adopted next week will be 25% below the current budget.
