One of my 2013 resolutions is to visit several restaurants that I've never eaten at before. So many cities and counties now are offering "restaurant week" promotions that dining at new places will be easier on my wallet.
Most restaurant weeks feature two-course lunch menus for $10 and/or three-course dinner menus (appetizer, entree and dessert) for $20 or $30. Beverage, taxes and tip usually are not included.
Remember to make reservations early as popular places fill up quickly.
Here's a look at some restaurant weeks coming up. Others will be announced at a later date.
