Lawrence Westbrook hit a 3-pointer to tie the game with two seconds left in regulation, then scored nine points in overtime as No. 18 Minnesota won at Wisconsin 78-74.
Westbrook scored 29 points to lead the Gophers (16-1, 4-1 Big Ten), who rallied from a nine-point deficit with 3:24 remaining. Minnesota hadn't won at Wisconsin since Feb. 12, 1994.
(19) Purdue 63, Northwestern 61JaJuan Johnson hit two free throws with 2.2 seconds left and Purdue capped a wild comeback from a 14-point second-half deficit for a road victory. Robbie Hummel scored 15 points for the Boilermakers (13-4, 2-2), who trailed by 11 with 7:45 to go. Johnson added 13 points and for Purdue and had seven of the Boilermakers' 14 blocks that helped them overcome 22 turnovers.
