Wild night in PB for popular actor
On Monday, The San Diego Union-Tribune reported that around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, actor Miles Teller (Whiplash, Fantastic Four, Divergent) was arrested and charged for public intoxication. The 30-year-old was reportedly approached by officers who said he had trouble standing on his own and nearly fell into the street.
According to the Union-Tribune story, Officer Billy Hernandez said, “So at that point they determined he was unable to care for himself and placed him under arrest.”
Teller, however, is refuting the incident saying on Twitter that he was not arrested.

Shortly after his first Tweet about the Pacific Beach incident (or non-incident, as he claims), he pointed the finger at who was to blame.

And the reactions to that Tweet are priceless...

Social media can be a beast (and a funny one at that). We’ll be waiting patiently for the Teller-themed t-shirt sales to start.
