Tanya Tucker, Emily Osment of the Disney Channel, 38 Special and a variety of acts from the 1960s are among the attractions at this year's Corn Palace Festival, Aug. 23-28 in Mitchell.

Also performing will be two acts coming to the Brown County Fair - Josh Turner and the Band Perry. Those two acts will perform at 7 p.m. Aug. 24 at the Corn Palace. Tickets will be $45.

Tucker will perform at 7 p.m. Aug. 23. Tucker had her first hit in 1972 at age 13. She has had several successful albums and hit songs, including “Strong Enough to Bend” and “What's Your Mama's Name.” Tucker is taking the place of Loretta Lynn, who canceled due to medical issues.

Performing Aug. 25 will be Osment, who is best known for playing Lily Truscott on Disney Channel's “Hannah Montana” and Geri Giggles in two “Spy Kids” films. She also appeared in five episodes of “Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil.” Osment, 19, is the younger sister of Haley Joel Osment, who starred in “The Sixth Sense.” Her show begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25.

38 Special will hit the stage at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 26. That group's hits include “Caught Up in You,” “Like No Other Night,” “Hold On Loosely” and “Back Where You Belong.” Admission is $30.

Aug. 27 will bring The Happy Together Tour, featuring “the greatest pop-rock of the '60s.” The Turtles featuring Flo & Eddie, The Association, The Grass Roots, Mark Lindsay (former lead singer of Paul Revere & The Raiders) and The Buckinghams will perform.

Those acts have produced such hits as “Happy Together,” “She'd Rather Be With Me,” “Along Comes Mary,” “Windy,” “Let's Live For Today,” “Midnight Confessions,” “Louie Louie,” “Indian Reservation,” “Kind of a Drag” and “Susan.” That show begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are $40.
