Chef Jill Snyder competed on the fifth season of "Top Chef." She had to "pack her knives and go" after making an omelette with an ostrich egg, a dish that didn't impress the judges.
*** Since her "Top Chef" appearance in 2008, reality show contestant Jill Snyder has been serving Baltimore a variety of dishes from a few different venues. After leaving the Red Maple, Snyder became the chef de cuisine at Woodberry Kitchen, and in spring 2012 swapped that position for one as an executive chef for Clementine at Creative Alliance.
