Halloween Lantern Parade and Festival
Stilt-walkers from The Nana Project, a Baltimore artistic parade and arts organization walk in the Lantern Parade at Patterson Park on Saturday. The Lantern Parade brought costumes of all sorts, families, artists, performers, and people for all over the city and the country to participate in this yearly Halloween celebration.
