Long-time Zappa fan

Robin Rider, 58, from Baltimore, is a long-time Zappa fan. Today marked the first Annual 'Frank Zappa Day' with a dedication of a Zappa Bust. This is the 25th anniversary of Zappa's congressional testimony against censorship. Among other things, Zappa was an American composer and electric guitarist. The event was held outside the Pratt Library's Southeast Anchor branch on Eastern Ave. Zappa's son, Dweezil Zappa performed with his band, ZAPPA PLAYS ZAPPA. Baltimore city mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Vilius Navickas, Mayor of Vilnius, Lithuania, participated in the ceremony.
