Halloween Magic 2( October 25, 2012 )
Master illusionist Mark Kaschube will dress up some magic tricks in the spirit of the holiday for "Halloween Magic 2." Kaschube and his Mischievous Tricksters offer a show of mysterious wizardry, special effects, dancing and fun for all ages. This is not your ordinary magic show, with Kaschube known to pull a tiger, zebra or elephant out of thin air.
Why go: David and Dania, the "Quick Change" duo, will also perform. An amazing sleight of fashion; we've seen it a few times and still can't figure out how Dania's hair goes from blond to brunette and her dress turns into a leotard right before our eyes.
Reconsider: Halloween is scary enough without stuff disappearing from someone's hand and reappearing in someone's ear.
3 p.m. Sunday at Akoo Theatre, 5400 N. River Road, Rosemont; $15-$99; 800-745-3000, ticketmaster.com
