Emmys 2013: The most memorable beauty looks
The beauty looks that made the most impact at the Emmy Awards tonight included blue eye shadow, faux bobs and blunt bangs.
Lena Dunham sported a heavy teal-blue eye shadow to match her floral-print Prada gown. It was a bit much, but helped to balance out the volume and bold color of the dress. Thankfully, she kept her short hair simple.
Zooey Deschanel and Anna Faris wore blunt bangs with long, loose tresses. The clean line of the bangs gave each actress a retro appeal and livened up their solid colored gowns.
Claire Danes and Michelle Dockery had faux bob hairdos, meaning that each of the hair stylists magically tucked away their shoulder-length hair to create a jaw line-grazing style that accentuated each of the actress’ delicate features.
