Lady Gaga drew attention when she wore a dress made of flank steak to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. The dress, designed by Argentine designer Franc Fernandez and styled by Nicola Formichetti, came complete with a meat headpiece and shoes laced with butcher's twine.
PETA condemned the dress that was later preserved by taxidermists and put on display in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
