The Daily Mail on Thursday cited a "police source with knowledge of her medical condition" in its report saying she was off support.
However, a source told Fox 411, "It's now a matter of when the family wants to let go and accept that she's pretty much not going to make it."
As of late Thursday morning, Cissy Houston had not yet made it to Atlanta see her granddaughter, TMZ said, but had plans to do so as soon as possible. Other family members, including Bobby Brown, have reportedly been at her bedside throughout the ordeal.
